Welcome to the web site of R & G Consulting.  R&G provides this service to you, subject to the following terms which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.  All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms.

 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

R&G currently provides users with easy access to a wide variety of resources from other web sites and our own internally created information.  By accessing this site you understand and agree that the Service is provided as it stands and that R&G assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to link to information available.

You also understand that R & G have no association with the majority of the hyper linked third party websites.  You agree that it is your choice to view the third party pages within our R & G framed site.  You also agree that should you wish to leave the R & G site to visit these third party sites, you could right click the links and open them in a new window.

We advise that R&G's web site is designed to appeal to small business users and investors and the Service has limits that you should understand.  R&G does not screen, review or control material or information on other sites, nor does it screen, review, or control any of the people who may access it's site.  Therefore you must not rely on any information viewed through this site, or any of its links.

 R&G PRIVACY POLICY

We do not record any personal details of anyone visiting R&G.  Any details submitted to our site will be treated as private and confidential, and will not be submitted to any third party.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated.

This means that you, and not R&G, are entirely responsible for all Content that you view.   R&G does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.

In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by R&G or submitted to R&G, including without limitation information in R&G, including third party web sites.
